Personality: Usually sarcastic, joking, a bit sassy, playful, and upbeat around friends, he's much more conservative, shy, and a bit rude around strangers. Easily upset and angered.

Backstory: A former bounty hunter, Shadow is mostly a laid back, dorky, playful, joking, and often lazy Umbreon who is haunted by his past to quite the dramatic degree.  His birthplace and parents are a mystery, even to himself, but he was picked up by a group of bounty hunters and over the years, became regarded as one of the most feared and successful bounty hunters despite such a young age. Upon leaving the bounty hunting group at age 16, he adopted the name Shadow and has been going by it since. Being a pokemon species of already mystical properties, he’s known to have taken it to the next level with his use of the Rinnegan. (the blue right eye. Naruto reference. Look it up if you want to know the abilities it grants) He rarely fights, but when he does, it’s on a different league in both skill and brutality. Although he is quite laid back, joking, and mostly like any other teenage introverted umbreon, he was born with a bit of a curse. Come a full or new moon, he gains a rather killer instinct...in the literal sense. He adopts a very opposite persona that strictly goes by his original name of Marethyu. (meaning 'Death' in ancient Mesopotamian) He turns into a cold, sadistic, brutal, torturous, cannibal that can and WILL fight anyone, regardless if he knows them when not "altered". This has even affected his relationship with his boyfriend, Delta [Reference]Delta, when he failed to lock himself up before a full moon and it resulted in Marethyu tearing off and consuming most of Delta's arm. Luckily, Delta possesses regenerative abilities and regrew the arm in time, although Shadow never forgave himself and dove into a deep state of depression for quite a while afterwards once he snapped out of it. Shadow must be restrained and locked down when a full or new moon is near, or he must drive himself out to the woods for the night to prevent him from slaughtering anyone. Shadow loathes being called Marethyu due to this reason and will become very angry with someone should they call him it. Attempts to talk with 'Marethyu" have been unsuccessful as Shadow appears to be in a trance at this state and joyfully enjoys slaughtering until the sun rises.

Otherwise, Shadow is a rather relaxed and cheery umbreon who behaves almost like a puppy at times in terms of curiosity. He also has a bizarre love for wearing and collecting bandanas and will almost never be seen without at least one on.
